Bookkeeper — MAK Capital
MAK Capital owns and operates self-storage and multifamily properties across North Dakota, South Dakota and Iowa. Each property has its own set of books, and we need one person to own them. The Bookkeeper enters and codes bills across our entities in QuickBooks, runs the twice-monthly payment cycle, cuts the checks, invoices and collects what is owed outside our storage software, reconciles every account every month, and hands our outside accountants a clean month-end package. Part-time, 20 to 30 hours a week, weekday daytime hours in our Grand Forks office.
Concrete Finisher/Laborer
The Concrete Finisher/Laborer is responsible for assisting in the preparation, pouring, and finishing of concrete for various construction projects. This role requires physical endurance, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
