Project Description
The GA ASI Hangar Two project is a 41,000 sf facility located at the Grand Sky Air Park. This project is intended to expand General Atomics ASI’s capability in the testing and training of unmanned aircraft in Grand Forks. MAK Construction was selected as the Construction Manager/General Contractor for the project in June 2021. Ground breaking took place in mid July, and soon thereafter the sitework and building foundation was completed. The building which consists of 12,000 sf of office/training space and 29,000 sf of hangar space was completed in 2023.
