Pulses America, Inc.

Pulses America, Inc. is a buyer and processor of dry edible beans and specialty pulse crops. Their facility cleans and processes beans, packages them, and ships them to suppliers. MAK Construction was hired to retrofit two existing buildings into one, equipped with a 36 feet, two bay truck dock and rail car ramp dock. Work included connecting the buildings with footing and ramps, installing truck dock ramps and levelers, reinstalling roof over docks to create a canopy, and waterproofing the roof with UV coating. MAK Construction also stripped existing buildings, reframed interior, added new metal panels, and had all floors ground and polished.
