36th Ave Expansion

The MAK Capital 36th Avenue Storage Expansion is a multi-building development focused on expanding flexible industrial and commercial space in Grand Forks. With Building A being 11,700 SF and Building B being 6,900 SF, the project includes seven contractor shop units and a heated storage facility, providing year-round, climate-controlled space for contractors, businesses, and equipment storage. The expansion is designed to support operational efficiency, protect materials and equipment from extreme weather conditions, and accommodate a range of tenant needs. The project's expected completion is aimed for Spring 2026.
