The Northern Point Apartment Complex in Grafton, North Dakota, features 72 units across two buildings totaling 74,854 square feet at the corner of 9th Street West and School Street. The project includes five detached garage buildings with 112 parking stalls. Construction began in October 2024, and was completed in December of 2025.
