Project Description
The Hartford Self-Storage Facility, located along the I-90 Corridor in Hartford, South Dakota, features 135 units with a mix of climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled storage units. Additionally, the project includes nine business suites. Construction began in October 2024, and was completed in the Fall of 2025.
