Project Description
In collaboration with Dakota Commercial, this project will introduce the newest townhome development to the Grand Forks community. Nestled in the desirable south-end location, South Haven townhomes are the perfect blend of modern simplicity and traditional charm. With Phase One being completed in spring 2025, Phase Two's construction is currently underway and is expected to be completed in Spring of 2026.
