Northdale Truck Stop

The Northdale Oil Travel Center is a 11,592 SF full-service truck stop being developed in north Fargo, North Dakota, by Northdale Oil Inc., a family-owned fuel and convenience retailer headquartered in Grand Forks with multiple locations across North Dakota and Minnesota. Located at 4300 County Road 81 N, the project will include gasoline and diesel fueling, truck parking, a convenience store with food service and a sit-down restaurant, a car wash, Certified Automated Truck Scale, driver showers, and an off-sale liquor store (Sisters, Beer, Wine & Spirits). The development is designed to serve both commercial trucking traffic and the traveling public while supporting continued growth along the north Fargo corridor. The project is expected to be completed in the Fall of 2026.
