Thames Court
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Thames Court is a neighborhood on the North end of Grand Forks, right off 55th Ave North. In 2016, MAK Construction was contracted to build duplex units and 5-plex units that were similar in style to Promenade Court twinhomes. In 2018, after completing the build on a few structures, MAK Construction acquired most of the remaining parcels of land on Thames Court. At that time, the overall design was modified to suite more buyers and we began building out the rest of the Thames Court neighborhood. Our final 5-plex unit will be complete at the end of 2021.
