Meeting

At the beginning of each project, we hold meetings with our clients to understand your vision, requirements, and goals. This phase involves discussing the project scope, budget, timeline, and any special considerations. It's an opportunity for our client to express your needs and preferences while allowing our construction team to gather crucial information.

Design

Once the project requirements are clear, our design team begins the process of working with architects and engineers to draft detailed architectural plans and engineering drawings. This step involves translating your vision into tangible designs that consider aesthetics, functionality, safety, and compliance with building codes and regulations.

Bid/Proposal and Presentation

With the design finalized, we prepare a comprehensive bid or proposal document. This document outlines the project scope, materials, labor costs, timeline, and other relevant details. During the proposal presentation, our construction team explains the proposal to you, addressing any questions or concerns.

Turnover/Pre-Construction

After you approve the proposal, the project moves into the pre-construction phase. Our team performs detailed planning, such as procuring necessary permits, finalizing schedules, and assembling the project team. Clear communication is established between you and our team to ensure a smooth transition from planning to execution.

Execution

The execution phase is where the actual construction work takes place. We coordinate all aspects of the project, including site preparation, material procurement, construction, and quality control. Project managers and site supervisors oversee daily operations, manage subcontractors, monitor progress including daily logs, and address any issues that arise to ensure the project stays on track.

Job Closing

As the construction work nears completion, the project undergoes thorough inspections to ensure it meets quality standards and complies with regulations. Our team coordinates final touches, resolves any remaining punch-list items, and ensures the project is ready for turnover to the client.

Warranty

Even after the project is completed and handed over to you, we provide a warranty period during which we can address any defects or issues that may arise. This step demonstrates our commitment to the quality of their work and your satisfaction. The warranty phase helps build trust and maintain a positive long-term relationship with the client.

Our proven process emphasizes collaboration, communication, and attention to detail at every step. By following this systematic approach, we aim to deliver construction projects that meet or exceed client expectations while adhering to high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism.
